As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and supporting our design team.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for the landscaping industry.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate client inquiries, appointments, and project schedules.
- Support the design team with document preparation and project coordination.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
- Assist with marketing efforts and social media presence.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles (or willing to learn quickly).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (or willing to learn quickly) - Knowledge of the landscape industry is a plus.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
