F-35 Avionics Product Line Chief Engineer

The F-35 Avionics Product Line Chief Engineer (CE) is responsible for the technical execution of a family of production programs supporting the modernization of F-35 avionics.
The product line CE will partner with program management and operations leadership to address engineering issues and ensure the long term success of the product line.
The product line CE reports directly to the F-35 Avionics Division CE, with dotted line reporting to the product line director.
Essential Functions:
Ensure integrity of the technical baseline.
Chair Engineering Review Boards (ERBs).
Primary customer contact for production technical issues Primary technical interface to sub-tier suppliers Maintain technical rigor in engineering process and execution Lead and drive rigorous Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations Lead engineering efforts associated with production readiness reviews Prepare engineering costs proposals supporting additional production lots and follow-on activities Maintaining Technical Program Measurement (TPM) metrics and using leading indicators to drive action on programs Develop, present, and deliver comprehensive presentations to division leadership Ensure proper usage of risk and opportunity management Ensure proper resource management forecasting and staffing is in place Driving a culture of continuous improvement as evidenced by executed improvement projects Employee engagement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in science or engineering 12 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience with a master's degree.
Earned value / cost account management experience, with cost and schedule responsibility experience Experience with monitoring the technical aspects of projects from initiation through completion and/or customer sell-off / acceptance Preferred Additional Skills:
Active DoD Secret / Special Access Program ClearanceSystems engineering experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a technical information environment Experience with executing throughout the full avionics lifecycle including requirements flowdown and allocation, design, development, test, and sell-off Functional management experience or direct involvement in resource management forecasting and placement Ability to work well across multiple engineering disciplines Experience in industrial engineering means and methods Experience in one or more of the following areas:
processing and advanced processing architectures, information assurance architectures, multi-function processing, open-systems standards and architectures, avionics sensors and pilot/vehicle interfaces, avionics software, avionics mechanical and thermal techniques, system integration and test.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
