Auditorium Technical Manager - Now Hiring


Satellite High School is seeking an experienced Auditorium Technical Manager for their theater department for the upcoming school year. The Technical Manager effectively manages the school auditorium so that the facility serves the school and community.

The school Auditorium Technical Manager also develops an auditorium usage plan for school and community organizations that includes, but will not be limited to, lighting, sound, box office needs. Assist directors in the design of ay stage scenery including working drawings, floor plans, and blueprints of all scenery.

The Auditiorium Technical Manager is a twelve (12) month position with full benefits, such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, retirement options, plus accrued vacation, sick, and personal days. Brevard Public Schools also closes for Thanksgiving Week and 10 days for Winter Break.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Sound Engineering, Stage Productions, Studio Management or a related field

  • Minimum of two (2) year&s;s progressively responsible experience in sound, studio recording, production or stage management
